Chadds Ford Tavern opened in April with a large menu of classic American cuisine and an even larger list of specialty cocktails, wines, beers, and top-shelf spirits. The drink list encompasses something for everyone, from the wildberry mojito with white rum, fresh berries, and mint to the Gold Rush with Bulleit Rye, honey simple syrup, lemon juice, and bitters. If you're a fan of whiskey, the tavern boasts an impressive variety sourced from craft distilleries in Scotland, Ireland, and the U.S.

Once you pick your libation, check out the food menu. It's a mix of small bites and updated pub dishes. You can make a whole meal out of the apps, shared plates, and raw bar offerings.
