Covid 19 Announcement

Meetinghouse Residents

We hope you are continuing to stay well and following the instructions provided by local, state, and federal agencies. The guidance from the Center For Disease Control (CDC) is comprehensive and a very helpful resource. For the safety of all team members and our residents, we have implemented policies with the guidance of these resources in mind. Please read below in full:

Social Distancing,
Mask Wearing,
Testing & Vaccines

Our team is working diligently to keep safe and healthy at Meetinghouse, but we need your help too. We are encouraged by the downward trend in the Covid numbers for Pennsylvania and Delaware County.  Our commitment has always been to the safety of residents and staff.  Even as mask mandates change, we will continue to respect an individual’s concerns, mask whenever requested and maintain social distance.  For the safety of all team members and our residents, social distancing and mask wearing is suggested but optional.  If you wish our staff to be masked while interacting with you, please just ask.
If you are not feeling well, please stay home and follow CDC guidelines.
For more information about ongoing local Covid updates, safety, testing, and vaccinations, check out the the joint Chester/Delaware County Health Department website.

Maintenance
Service

Maintenance will address all work orders as usual. Before entering your home, maintenance technicians will ask basic health questions, to make sure it is safe to enter. Our techs will wear a face covering and all the necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) when inside your home if requested.  You can submit a non-emergency maintenance request by logging in to your resident portal HERE.

Plumbing

Residents should only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Despite labels calling them “flushable,” wet wipes and cleaning papers will clog drains and cause problems.  Disposable masks and other PPE should never be flushed down the toilet or littered on the ground.

Fire Safety

We know that during this “social distancing” time, residents are spending more time in their homes and using their kitchen appliances more often. As such, we are circulating some home fire safety tips, with more available online from the National Fire Prevention Association.

  • Never leave your stove or oven unattended while lit
  • Always check your oven before lighting to make sure no flammable items are inside
  • Use your vent fan and your range hood fan every time you are cooking
  • To clear the smoke from your apartment, make sure your kitchen and bathroom vent fans are on and open your window(s) immediately

Leasing Staff

The Leasing Office is open, and our team is ready to assist you! The office is open to outside traffic, but appointments are strongly encouraged so we can monitor the number of people inside the office.  Please give us a call if you would like to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our Leasing or Management Team members.  Individuals who enter must wear a mask over their nose and mouth at all times while in the Leasing Office.

We encourage residents to continue to follow the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. If you fall ill, please seek medical attention and consult your healthcare provider with any medical questions.

We are always available to answer any of your questions or concerns.  Please speak with the Leasing Office at 610-485-5838 or Email Us

Let’s continue to do our part and work together to maintain the health and safety of our communities.

As always, thank you for calling a Kaiserman Community your home!
