Covid 19 Announcement

Meetinghouse Residents

We hope you are continuing to stay well and following the instructions provided by local and state authorities. For the safety of all team members and our residents, we are responsibly reestablishing some of our services now that restrictions are being lifted. Please read the below in full

Social
Distancing

For the safety of all team members and our residents, we are urging that every remain at a 6-foot distance from people with whom they do not reside.

Maintenance
Update

Maintenance will address all work orders, not just emergencies. Before entering your home, maintenance technicians will ask a few basic health questions, to make sure it is safe to enter. Our techs will wear the necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) when inside your home.

Plumbing

We’d also like to request that residents only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Despite labels calling them “flushable,” wet wipes and cleaning papers will clog drains and cause problems.

Fire Safety

We know that during this “social distancing” time, residents are spending more time in their homes and using their kitchen appliances more often. As such, we are circulating these fire safety tips (further guidance is available online from the National Fire Prevention Association.
  • Never leave your stove or oven unattended while lit
  • Always check your oven before lighting to make sure no flammable items are inside
  • Use your vent fan and your range hood fan every time you are cooking
  • To clear the smoke from your apartment, make sure your kitchen and bathroom vent fans are on and open your window(s) immediately

The office is open to outside traffic, but appointments are strongly encouraged so we can monitor the number of people inside the office.  Please give us a call if you would like to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our staff members.  Everyone entering the Leasing Office must wear a mask.

To our knowledge, there have not been any newly reported cases of coronavirus at any of our residences. We encourage residents to continue to follow the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
