When is the management office open?

Monday: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Sunday: Closed

Where are the laundry rooms?

The laundry facilities are located in the center of buildings A – H.

The facilities are open 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

How much does it cost to do laundry?

$2.00 per wash and $2.00 per dry. All machines are coin operated.

Where do my guests park?

Guests are required to have a Visitors Pass in order to park in the resident lots. You may request a Visitors Pass from the office, at no charge.

What happens if I get locked out?

If the office is open, we will gladly provide you a key. If the office is closed, maintenance must be called and a $20 fee is to be paid to the maintenance worker who opens your door.

What if my child gets locked out?

The office must have a written permission letter in order to give your child a key should he/she get locked out  or lose a key. There are no exceptions, nor will maintenance be able to open the door.

How Do I Pay My Rent? Submit a Maintenance Request?

Using the RENT Cafe, you can pay your rent and submit maintenance request.

Does the office accept packages?

The office does not accept packages for tenants. If you are permitting a delivery, or allowing someone to enter your unit when you are not home, the office must have a written permission letter for that day.  

Do I really need renters insurance?

Yes, we require all residents to have renters insurance. An updated copy of the policy must be submitted to the office, if you haven’t already done so.

Can I use a kerosene heater?

State regulations prohibits kerosene heaters in multifamily dwellings.
