Pennsylvania is famous for its rolling farmland, and the very people who work that land are the stars of the show at the Booths Corner Farmers Market. More than 100 vendors take up residency at the indoor market, which is open for business every Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Many of the vendors offer freshly plucked fruits and vegetables, produce that hasn’t traveled very far from the field to your shopping basket. But you’ll also find specialty foods and prepared items, such as home-baked breads and pastries or even fresh cheeses.
