Just because the holidays have come and gone doesn’t mean the winter fun is over in Wilmington. The Riverfront Rink is still open for business and will be until March 3rd. That means you still have plenty of time to lace up your ice skates and enjoy the wintry weather at this rink at Justison Landing Green.
The rink on the Riverwalk is open seven days a week, and it’s big enough to hold hundreds of skaters, so you’ll have ample room to practice your tricks (or to just try to stay upright). If you don’t own a pair of ice skates, not to worry. The Riverfront Rink offers rentals for a few bucks, as well as rental lockers where you can stow your stuff. Admission is $5.50 for kids and $8.50 for adults, but make sure you bring your card because the ticket shed doesn’t accept cash.
