Nicki Minaj, Post Malone, Meek Mill. Diplo, Zedd, Miguel. Janelle Monae, Alessia Cara, Ty Dolla $ign. These are the chart-topping artists who will headline the Made in America Festival this year. Even though the music festival is only a few years old, given that it was launched by Jay Z—who still curates the lineup each year—it makes sense that it brings the star power.
It's taking over the Ben Franklin Parkway again this year on September 1st and 2nd. Although two-day passes are on the pricey side ($175+), they grant you access to dozens of shows each day led by the headliners and other artists from around the nation and around Philly. Jay Z personally handpicks each performer, so you won't find a single dud on the lineup. Along with the live music, Made in America also promises hot food, cold drinks, free filtered water, and amusement rides.
