Tucked away in the quaint college town of West Chester, Levante Brewing Company is the perfect spot to head to on a warm summer’s night. The local brewery is run by friends Eric and Tim, who spent many years tinkering before opening their own brewpub. Today, they pour a collection of house-brewed beers in the taproom adjacent to the brewery as well as at a new location called The Stables in Chester Springs.
Just a short drive from Boothwyn apartments for rent, come to the taproom with 21-and-over friends to try a pint of the Citra Hop Necessity Session IPA, the Aprikose Kolibri Kolsch, or the Hestia’s Harvest Cider. Pair your pour with a bite from food trucks like Urban’s Woodfired Pizza or The Wandering Chef, which come to the taproom from Thursday through Sunday. Tim and Eric might even come out and grab a slice or play a round of cornhole while you kick back on the patio. Meanwhile, at The Stables, everyone is invited too. You can bring your own meal or grab some grub from the visiting food truck and pair it with beer, wine, or a craft cocktail.
