As the vegan chef for the Delaware Local Food Exchange and the woman in charge at many area restaurants, Chef Nicole has amassed lots of experience in the kitchen, especially when it comes to cooking without animal products. At the Pancake Brunch at Bellefonte Brewing Company on Sunday, January 22nd, she shows off some of what she’s learned by crafting breakfast without any dairy, gluten, or soy.
Enjoy your stacks of healthy pancakes with a microbrew on the side, provided by Bellefonte Brewing Company. If noon is too early for a beer, you can just grab a cup of joe, courtesy of Brewed Awakenings in Newark, or sip on a colorful, cold-pressed juice from local business Juiced Libations. Local artists will provide the backdrop for the event, and local DJs the tunes, so come out between 12 and 3 p.m. for a fun event.
