Cardi B and Travis Scott have been making headlines all year long, so it makes total sense that Jay-Z would choose them to headline this year’s Made in America Festival. He handpicked them from a crowd of other trending artists, just as he does every August, to help celebrate the end of summer at the Labor Day Weekend festival.
Joined by up-and-coming artists like Lizzo—if you haven’t experienced her epic flute solo yet, you will—Gucci Mane, and James Blake, Cardi and Travis intend to put on a once-in-a-lifetime performance. They’ll take over the main stage in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art as the other musicians spread out across stages up and down the Ben Franklin Parkway. The whole parkway is shut down for the festival on August 31st and September 1st, and so are some surrounding roads, so your best bet is to take SEPTA to the festival. Tickets start at $175 for the full weekend.
