As its name suggests, Lotus Farm to Table showcases fresh, local ingredients in every dish. That’s because, after studying biology at Drexel and learning about Chinese medicine while traveling in Southeast Asia, owner Courtney Rozsas believes that what you eat directly correlates to how you feel.
She and Chef Ryan Sulikowski want every customer to leave Lotus Farm to Table feeling happy and healthy, which is why they only use high-quality ingredients in their dishes. That starts with the small plates like black kale Caesar salad with croutons and baked Parmesan cheese and charred-and-chilled broccoli with chili roasted peanuts, buttermilk dressing, and pearl onions. Save some room for a cheddar and goat cheese grilled cheese or a smoked chicken sandwich with carrot, cauliflower, radish, and hummus at Lotus Farm to Table.
