If you have a sweet tooth, you won’t want to miss the Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Festival at Rockwood Park. From 1 to 9 p.m. on June 29th, the park will host a family-friendly lineup of vendors and activities with a heavy emphasis on dessert. The best ice cream vendors from around the area will be on hand, scooping their sweet treats.

The sweets are just the beginning of what the festival has to offer. You can also grab hot food from local vendors, check out live music, and scour First State Flea’s vintage marketplace for one-of-a-kind finds. Check out historic demos, watch hot air balloons float in the sky, and stick around for the fireworks when dusk falls. Tickets are $5 for adults, while kids 12 and under get in for free.
